Child safety policy
How VoiceReach protects children and responds to concerns.
1. Zero Tolerance Standard
VoiceReach maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any conduct that harms, endangers, or exploits children. We strictly prohibit the use of VoiceReach telephony services, speech models, SMS companion channels, or AI personas for any purpose related to the harm, grooming, or exploitation of minors.
2. Target Audience and Age Restrictions
VoiceReach is an enterprise voice infrastructure and business telephony platform designed strictly for businesses, agricultural enterprises, and adult callers aged 18 years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, administering business voice lines, or deploying custom conversational workflows.
3. Real-Time Safety Guardrails and Content Moderation
All conversational turns across telephony, SMS, and WhatsApp channels pass through deterministic safety guardrails before any audio synthesis or message dispatch. Any utterance or text attempting to generate, discuss, or solicit child sexual abuse material or child exploitation results in:
- Immediate termination of the call or messaging session.
- Permanent blocking of the caller phone number or API client across all platform lines.
- Immutable logging of telephony connection metadata for law enforcement handover.
4. Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting
VoiceReach actively cooperates with Nigerian and international law enforcement agencies. In accordance with Nigerian child protection laws and international standards, any identified or suspected instances of child sexual abuse material or exploitation are immediately reported to:
- NAPTIP: National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (Nigeria).
- Nigeria Police Force (NPF): Cybercrime Investigation Department.
- NCMEC: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
5. Reporting Child Safety Violations

6. Legal Disclaimers & Counsel Review
